Our eggs are farm fresh, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free. During the seasons when we have fresh grass, our layers spend their time in the sunshine on the fresh pasture. Their yolks are so firm you can toss them between your hands without breaking. Not to mention, they are so easy to separate for baking!
