Grass-fed Lamb

Lamb Halves $7.50/lb (usually about 20 lbs per half)
Our lambs are raised without any grain, hormones, or chemicals. We have them state-inspected when they are processed, like our poultry, so that they can be sold to the Iowa Food Cooperative, at restaurants, and through other outlets. This lamb is not mutton, it is processed while the sheep are too young to develop a "gamey" taste. We raise hair sheep (they do not grow wool or they grow it and shed it) who are bred for excellent flavor. We also sell lamb by the cut, see below for pricing.
